Who doesn't want to be disciplined? (review of "PrayerWalk" by Janet Holm McHenry)

Discipline is one of those things that everyone needs to work on all life long. And most of the time being an adult requires it even more, than when you were at school or college. So many things depend on discipline - your time management, budgeting, work, relationship with people and family.
That's what "PrayerWalk" by Janet Holm McHenry is about. The simple idea of taking time to walk and pray is just perfect. It is easy, doable, and so practical. Our life is full of things that we do because we have to, but so many times we let ourselves skip on talking to God, just spending time with Him. And being a mom of two kids under 3 and with one on the way, I can clearly see that I miss it so much - just be by myself and have chance to talk to the Creator. The life routine swallows us, family and kids need more attention day by day, and we just hope that on day (maybe when they are gone to college) it will be enough time to spend time with God... I think, it is just a dream, not real one. It is always going to be busy life.
The author of the book motivates us to make a step and start meeting God daily, become committed to Him, become disciplined in this most important area of our life.
The best part of the idea is that it is practical and spiritual at the same time. You are going to be in better shape and closer to God at the same time. Who doesn't want it, dear ladies?!
The author provides multiple lists of ideas of prayer, walks, ways of prayer and planing the prayerwalk. I would recommend the book to every one - men and women.
